Upcoming course - Me Time
If you are interested in setting aside some time for YOU and learning some techniques on how to feel good, relieve stress, be more present and generally happier then we have the tonic!
 
Join our 3 tailored sessions on: 24th September, 1st and 8th October 2024 6pm – 8pm and explore an introduction to mindfulness, wellbeing, meditation and crystals (nothing too heavy!). It’s a great, very relaxed community group where you can learn and experience new things and meet like minded people. It is a 3 week block for £60.

  • 10 weeks 1 day per week: Beauty guild accredited certificates in: Make up and manicure with gel polish.
  • 10 weeks 2 days per: week SQA facial and massage (SCQF Level 7)
  • 4 days introduction to massage SQA SCQF level 5
  • 10 weeks, half a day for Indian head massage. Beauty guild accredited certificates
  • 1 day taster session in make up. ( attendance only)
  • 1 day taster session for gel polish.( attendance only)
