Mission

To equip vulnerable people with the beauty therapy skills that they need to find decent work and feel empowered.

The International Labour Organisation defines decent work as that which sums up the aspirations of people in their working lives.

It involves opportunities for work that is productive and delivers a fair income, security in the workplace and social protection for all, better prospects for personal development and social integration, freedom for people to express their concerns, organise and participate in the decisions that affect their lives and equality of opportunity and treatment for all women and men.”

What OUR STUDENTS Say About Us

I thoroughly enjoyed my nail training, I liked that the class wasn’t high numbers and the staff are so friendly and can tell they are very knowledgeable. Help was on hand at every step and picked up on areas that needed to change technique etc. Would highly recommend. 💕💅

Nail training

I would like to say that Carol has made things possible for me to be able to do something in my life for me and my children. I honestly could not thank her enough for the support she has given me since the day we met. she is a genuine, kind and caring person who helps people learn and achieve their goals. I really appreciate everything she has done. great teacher and look forward to learning from her some more.
